ISPhone Complete IP PBX Business Solution

a complete IP solution, ISPhone has the answer. We are able
to supply several IP PBX solutions, depending on the number
of seats and type of IP PBX product your customers’
desire.
Our most popular product for 50 seats or less
is a feature rich, low maintenance, inexpensive solution that
meets the everyday demands of a small business.
This IP PBX offers a huge array of features,
including:
- Voicemail w/voice-to-email and
web-based retrieval – The user can retrieve
their voicemail from the phone (locally or remote
dial in) or a web interface on any computer connected
to the internet. They can also choose to have their
voicemails forwarded to them via email as a .wav
file (i.e. you play your voicemail through your
PC speakers). As well, there is a choice of generic
or individual customised outgoing messages for the
voicemail box.
- Call management – This includes
Call Forwarding (on busy or no answer), Call Parking,
Call Queuing, Blind Transfer, Call Transfer, Call
Retrieval, Call Waiting and Call Routing, as well
as direct dialling from the Microsoft™ Outlook
contact list.
- Presence management – The
user can set their status to Do Not Disturb, view
incoming Caller ID and see a log of any missed calls
on their handset. Additionally, the receptionist
can see their availability at any given time.
- Conference calling – 3-way
calls and meet me conferencing with “virtual”
conference rooms.
- Remote management – You
can where necessary remotely manage the customer’s
system, including such items as music on hold /transfer,
report Call Detail Records, configure Interactive
Voice Responses (per client).
- Choice of handsets – As
the IP PBX uses industry open standards we can offer
a choice of handsets to meet your customers’
requirements. We have tested a number of brand name
handsets including Polycom, Snom and Grandstream!

We have ‘White – boxed’
the entire solution, thereby providing you with a complete
product you can sell under your banner with a single point
of sale from ISPhone. We will ensure timely delivery, installation
and training for customer staff. Support is mandatory in the
first year and provided directly from the manufacturer. This
is initially done with telephone / remote support but can
be on-site if necessary.
Additionally, we have partnered with several
established firms to offer customised solutions for larger
offices, as well as an IP Centrex product.
