Why Australia and why now?

Australia is a country dominated by SME-sized businesses which have traditionally been poorly serviced by IT and ICT providers, either having to work with consumer-designed solutions lacking quality and scalability, or with enterprise solutions that few could afford. And this has been exactly the situation with VoIP.

To us the answer was simple... give the channel that serves SMEs a virtual "plug and play" business model that allows them to instantly enter the VoIP market, but without having to divert time and money from their core business activities.
